Il Villaggio Clubhouse Bookings

Bookings to be made with the Estate Manager during office hours. The fee is a R250 deposit on collection of the keys, a refund of R250 will be given on return of the keys and subject to there being no breakages or damage.  

Should any damage be found that was not reported this amount for repairs will be deducted off the levy account of the owner.  Tenants are to sign a disclaimer for responsibility of any such damage.  

Any issues on use of clubhouse are to be reported immediately to management or it will be assumed that any such damages were caused by the person/s using the clubhouse at the time.
